Washington State Ferries sets that schedule, and it changes seasonally. Sailings fill in summer, vehicle reservations matter, and a cancelled boat is not something either of us can appeal. What we can do is build the plan with enough margin that one disruption does not cost you the flight.
Walk-on or vehicle changes everything too. Walking on and being collected at the Anacortes terminal is usually simpler, cheaper, and faster than taking a vehicle across. We will tell you honestly which one suits your trip.
