Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how our service works.

Everything travellers ask us most: how booking works, what a ride costs and what is included, how we handle flight delays, what our vehicles carry, and where we pick up. If your question is not here, call (360) 200-6656 and a person will answer.

Booking & reservations

Booking & reservations

How do I book a ride?

Book online through the reservation form with your pickup address, destination, date, and passenger count, and you'll see the fare before confirming. You can also call us at (360) 200-6656 if you'd rather talk it through, which is the better option for multi-stop trips and unusual timing.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 24 hours, and considerably earlier for pre-dawn departures, summer travel, holiday weekends, and cruise sailing days. Advance booking is what lets us guarantee both the vehicle and the pickup time.

Can I book a same-day ride?

Sometimes, and it's always worth calling. Because every trip is pre-arranged rather than dispatched on demand, same-day availability depends on what's already scheduled.

What information do you need from me?

Pickup address, destination, travel date and time, passenger count, luggage count, and your flight or sailing details if the trip involves one. Flight numbers are what let us track and adjust automatically.

Will I know who my driver is?

Yes. Within 24 hours of your trip we send your driver's name, contact number, vehicle description, and plate number. Your driver also contacts you 30 to 60 minutes before pickup.

Can I change my booking?

Call us as early as you can. Timing and vehicle changes are usually straightforward with notice; same-day changes depend on what else is scheduled.

Pricing & payment

Pricing & payment

How much does a ride cost?

Fares start from a published rate by route and vehicle class, with your exact total quoted before you book. Anacortes to Sea-Tac starts at $300 for a standard sedan, $450 for a luxury SUV, and $750 for a Sprinter van. Full fares for every route are on our routes page.

Is the fare per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. A sedan fare covers up to two passengers and an SUV covers six. Adding passengers doesn't change the price until you need a larger vehicle class.

What is included in the fare?

All taxes and fees, flight tracking, luggage assistance, and door-to-door service. There is no surge pricing at any hour.

What costs extra?

Driver gratuity, child car seats, pet transport, and meet-and-greet at baggage claim are optional add-ons selected at checkout. You only pay for the ones you choose.

Is gratuity included?

No. Gratuity is not built into the quoted fare. You can add it at checkout at your discretion.

Do you charge more at night or on holidays?

No. The fare is identical at 4:00 AM and 2:00 PM, on a Tuesday or on Thanksgiving. The published rate is a starting point, not a moving target.

Is there a round-trip discount?

Yes. Booking both directions at the same time takes ten percent off the total and guarantees the vehicle for your return.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken through our secure online booking system with major credit and debit cards, completed at reservation to confirm the trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24hrs before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded, no fee.

Airports & flights

Airports & flights

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight when you provide the number at booking and adjust your pickup automatically. There is no need to call us from the plane or rebook on arrival.

Where does my driver meet me at the airport?

Pre-arranged car service uses a different area from the rideshare app lot. Your driver sends exact instructions on travel day, and with the meet-and-greet add-on they will be waiting inside at baggage claim with a name sign.

How early should I leave for a Sea-Tac flight?

Allow 90 to 120 minutes of driving from Anacortes plus your airline's check-in window. For a domestic morning departure we typically schedule pickup around three and a half hours before the flight, and we confirm your exact time when you book.

How long does Anacortes to Sea-Tac actually take?

Ninety miles, typically 90 to 120 minutes depending on the hour and conditions through the Everett corridor. We plan your pickup from real traffic patterns rather than a generic average.

Which airports do you serve?

Sea-Tac (SEA), Paine Field in Everett (PAE), and Bellingham International (BLI), plus Seattle cruise terminals, the Anacortes ferry terminal, the Victoria Clipper terminal, and Amtrak stations at Mount Vernon and Bellingham.

How long will you wait if I am late coming out?

We include 15min of wait time at no charge for domestic arrivals, and 20min for international arrivals to allow for customs and baggage claim.

Vehicles & luggage

Vehicles & luggage

What vehicles do you have?

Six classes: standard sedan (2 passengers), premium sedan (3), mini van (4), luxury SUV (6), Ford Transit van (10), and Mercedes Sprinter van (14). Luggage capacity matches passenger capacity in each.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each vehicle carries roughly one standard checked bag per passenger. If you are carrying more than that, or anything oversized, tell us at booking so we can size up rather than discover the problem at the curb.

Can you carry skis, golf clubs, or a bicycle?

Yes, with notice. Oversized items change the effective capacity of a vehicle, so mention them when you book and we will assign accordingly.

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes, as an add-on at checkout. Select the seat type and quantity when booking so the seat is installed before your driver arrives.

Can I bring a pet?

Yes. Pet transport is an add-on at checkout. Let us know the animal's size and whether it will be crated so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

Are your vehicles maintained to a standard?

Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to meet U.S. Department of Transportation safety standards, with clean interiors and climate control on every trip.

Cruise & ferry

Cruise & ferry

Do you serve the Seattle cruise terminals?

Yes, both Pier 66 downtown and Pier 91 at Smith Cove. They are nowhere near each other, so we confirm which one your ship sails from when you book.

Can you coordinate with a ferry sailing?

Yes. We time airport pickups to Washington State Ferries sailings from Anacortes, building in enough buffer to clear the vehicle line or walk-on boarding for your specific departure.

Do you serve Friday Harbor and the San Juan Islands?

Yes, via the ferry from Anacortes. Because the sailing schedule drives the whole trip plan, these bookings are quoted and coordinated individually.

Can you take me from the airport directly to my cruise ship?

Yes. Airport-to-pier transfers are common for Alaska sailings and we handle them as a single booking.

What happens on the return from a cruise?

Disembarkation and luggage collection take longer than people expect, so we build that into the return pickup time rather than having you wait with the vehicle running.

Service & coverage

Service & coverage

Is the ride shared with other passengers?

No. Every reservation is private and exclusive to your party. We never add another booking to your vehicle.

Where do you pick up from?

Anacortes, Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, La Conner, Concrete, Bellingham, and across Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands including Oak Harbor, Coupeville, Freeland, Langley, and Clinton, plus Friday Harbor by ferry.

Do you operate 24 hours?

Yes, by reservation. Pre-dawn departures and late-night arrivals are routine bookings for us and carry no premium.

Do you handle corporate travel?

Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated invoicing, priority scheduling, and a named contact for booking changes.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We operate as a licensed for-hire ground transportation provider in Washington State and carry commercial auto insurance covering every vehicle and every trip we run.
