Airport Transfers: Sea-Tac, Paine Field, Bellingham & Seattle Cruise Terminals

Airports & terminals

Four destinations, and honest advice about which one to use.

We provide private car service to and from Seattle–Tacoma International (SEA), Paine Field in Everett (PAE), Bellingham International (BLI), and the Seattle cruise terminals at Pier 66 and Pier 91. Fares start from a published rate by vehicle class, flight tracking is included, and every ride is private to one party.

SEA

Seattle–Tacoma International

From Anacortes90 mi
Drive time90–120 min
Sedan from$300
TerminalsAll

The region's primary international gateway and our most-driven destination. Ninety miles of I-5 with the Everett corridor in the middle, which is why we build pickup times around your specific departure hour rather than a generic average.

  • Departures: dropped at your airline's departure door, not a shuttle bay
  • Arrivals: meet-and-greet at baggage claim available as an add-on
  • Pre-arranged pickup is a separate zone from the rideshare lot — your driver will direct you
  • Flight tracking included, so delays and early arrivals are absorbed on our end

PAE

Paine Field, Everett

From Anacortes60 mi
Drive time65–85 min
Sedan from$250
AirlinesAlaska, United

The closest commercial airport to Anacortes and frequently the smarter choice for West Coast routes. A small, calm terminal where curb-to-gate takes a fraction of the time Sea-Tac demands.

  • Roughly thirty miles and half an hour closer than Sea-Tac
  • Short walk from curb to security — less buffer needed than a large hub
  • Serves Alaska and United routes to West Coast and mountain destinations
  • Worth comparing against Sea-Tac before you book the flight, not after

BLI

Bellingham International

From Anacortes48 mi
Drive time50–65 min
Sedan from$150
AirlinesAlaska, Allegiant

Under an hour from Anacortes and our lowest-fare airport route. A straightforward single-terminal airport with a short walk and minimal queueing, popular with travellers heading to Las Vegas, Phoenix, and California on Allegiant and Alaska.

  • Our least expensive airport transfer by a wide margin
  • Single terminal, short walk, minimal security queues
  • Also our pickup point for travellers connecting onward to Vancouver, BC
  • Amtrak Bellingham is a short additional hop if you're combining rail and air

PIER 66 / 91

Seattle cruise terminals

From Anacortes82 mi
Drive time85–115 min
Sedan from$275
Piers66 & 91

Alaska sailings depart from Pier 66 downtown and Pier 91 at Smith Cove, and the two are not close to each other. We confirm which pier your ship uses at booking so there's no scramble on sailing day.

  • Vehicle sized for full cruise luggage rather than carry-on volume
  • Pickup timed to your boarding window, not a generic morning departure
  • Return transfers from disembarkation, with the long luggage wait built in
  • Combining a flight and a sailing? We handle airport-to-pier transfers directly

Choosing an airport

Sea-Tac isn't always the right answer

Most people here book Sea-Tac by habit. It has the flights, so it gets the trip. But it is also ninety miles away, and the drive plus the terminal plus the security queue can add three hours to a journey before you leave the ground.

Paine Field is thirty miles closer and small enough that curb-to-gate is genuinely quick. Bellingham is under an hour from Anacortes and our cheapest transfer by a wide margin. If your destination is served from either, the total door-to-gate time is often shorter and the ground cost is meaningfully lower.

Worth checking before you book the flight. Once the ticket is bought, the airport is decided.

The cheapest flight isn't cheapest if it costs you $300 and three hours to reach the gate.

Questions

Airport transfer questions

Where does my driver meet me at Sea-Tac?

Pre-arranged car service uses a different pickup area from the rideshare app lot. Your driver sends exact instructions the day of travel, and with the meet-and-greet add-on they will be waiting inside at baggage claim with a name sign.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight when you provide the number at booking and adjust the pickup automatically. You do not need to call us from the plane or rebook on arrival.

How long should I allow for a Sea-Tac departure?

Plan on 90 to 120 minutes of driving plus your airline's recommended check-in window. For a domestic morning flight we typically schedule pickup about three and a half hours before departure; we will tell you the exact time when you book.

Do you drop off at all Sea-Tac terminals?

Yes. We drop at your airline's departure door rather than a central shuttle bay, so you walk directly into the terminal you need.

Can you take me from the airport straight to a cruise ship?

Yes. Airport-to-pier transfers are common for Alaska sailings, and we confirm whether your ship departs from Pier 66 or Pier 91 at booking.
